I (we) the registrant(s) understand that in the event that the ride is cancelled or postponed as a result of (and not limited to) an act of God, Natural Disaster, war, strike, revolution, lack or failure of transportation facilities, laws or interventions or actions of statutory bodies, major accidents during the ride, or other such causes, the registrant acknowledges that NO REFUND or CREDIT to future events will be granted.

Course closure or course alteration: no refund or credit should be offered if a ride is postponed or rerouted or shortened after the ride has begun.

Further, I understand that I will need to sign a release waiver on site, and waive certain rights.
